“Then the Lord said to Moses, “Why are you crying out to Me? Tell the sons of Israel to go forward.”
Exodus 14:15
It was a crucial moment. The children of Israel had left Egypt, and Pharaoh’s army was in hot pursuit. To make things worse, the Red Sea was in the way.
The children of Israel complained to Moses, and he cried out to God.
God’s answer was quick and direct:
“Then the Lord said to Moses, “Why are you crying out to Me? Tell the sons of Israel to go forward.”
Exodus 14:15
It was a call to faith and action.
The children of Israel obeyed, and God did His part. Boy did He ever!
Hint: the parting of the Red Sea…
We live in troubling times but God hasn’t changed.
He wants us to walk by faith, and trust Him for miracles.
Community Church Ministry is moving forward by faith!
Easter Sunday is April 20th.
LORD willing, Community Church Ministry is doing Easter egg hunts in 13 communities in Rome, starting in late March.

February Community Church Newsletter
70-degree weather in February?
I’m not complaining. It’s been nice to get a break from the cold weather! January and February are a little slower for Community Church Ministry. We are doing 4 events this month as we did last month. Thanks be to God, the events are going well. Thanks for your prayers and financial support. Beginning in late March, Lord willing, we will begin doing Easter egg hunts in 12 or 13 communities. We are also looking into buying hoodies for the Christmas outreach later this year. Please continue to pray for the ministry DAILY for guidance, open doors in new communities, receptive hearts, volunteers and church groups to help, and for finances. Thanks! May God bless you! Christmastime already… In fact, if you’ve watched all the commercials and read your emails, it’s been Christmastime since before Halloween!
It’s easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of the season.
No matter how hard we try, our schedules get hectic and stressful.
Don’t let it get to you… Please take care of yourself. Take a deep breath, relax, and thank God for the greatest gift of all, Jesus!
