January Community Church Newsletter

January Community Church Newsletter

It’s cold outside. Typical winter day. We long for and dream about warmer weather…

During January, Community Church Ministry is doing a “reset” in January.

Taking time to pray, and seek direction for 2022.

Please pray with us for open doors, good weather, volunteers, resources, and attentive ears to the Good News we share in the neighborhoods.

Pray also about networking with us to reach your neighborhood and the neighborhoods where your members/partners live.

You have trained and discipled them. We would like to help them do events in their neighborhoods.

Call/ text or email me so we can talk about it.

*** By God’s grace and power, CCM was able to do 10 community events in December.

*** CCM is not doing community dinners in January due to the Covid spike, but we are still doing non-perishable groceries to some of the communities.

*** Thanks for your prayers and for your donations.

May God bless you in this new year.

Winter 2021 Giving

Just wanted to share with you some of the amazing people and communities we celebrate Christ’s love in ~ Oh and all those smiles? Those are courtesy of all our partners, the ones who pray with us, serve with us, and give.

Thank you friends and partners for all you do to give back to our community.

Happy New Year, and may God Bless Each of You in this coming year.

“For a child will be born to us, a son will be given to us; And the government will rest on His shoulders; And His name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Eternal Father, Prince of Peace.”

‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭9:6‬ ‭

“It’s the most wonderful time of the year” the old Christmas song says…

That is true for those of us who celebrate the incarnation of Christ, but it can be a stressful time as well.

So, I’m going to keep it simple this month.

Community Church Ministry is doing 9 neighborhood Christmas events this year.

Saturday we were at Pine Village MHP and Darlington MHP.

Here’s the rest of the schedule:

Thursday December 9 @ 6:30- Dutch Gardens MHP.

2 pm- Main High Apts

4pm- Graham Homes

Monday December 13 @ 6:30- Callier Forest Apts

Thursday December 16 @ 6:30- Ashland Park Apts

Saturday December 18 @ 12 noon- Deerfield Apts
