Community Church Ministry Update

Greetings, everyone!

We are getting ready for a very busy and full fall season. It kicks off with a cookout at the Willow Way Apartments on September 12.. Several college students have moved into the apartments since the start of school, and we hope to meet some of them. A drawing for a $50 shopping card should help attendance!

We follow the cookout with a Fall Festival at Dutch Gardens Mobile Home Park October 24.It will be a terrific place for all of the many kids to come, and it should be just as much fun for the adults, too. There will games, food, music and inflatables. It will be a time for fun and fellowship, and we can’t wait to see everyone there.

More activities will follow as we start to head into the later part of the year and the holiday season, and we will give updates as available.

This past Easter we did several egg hunts at both Willow Way and Dutch Gardens, and we added two new places as well – Darlington Mobile Home Park and Pine Village Mobile Home Park. We are praying about the next steps God would have us take there and opportunities for ministry at any and every turn."volunteer"

Please pray with us and for us – for the leaders, workers, resources, open doors and chances for many people to be reached with the good news and love of Jesus. We also need bilingual volunteers, as there is a high population of Latinos in these communities.

And why not consider the chance to join our team? You can still attend your favorite local church and be a local ambassador and missionary for Christ at the same time! Help us be the hands and feet of Jesus!

—

Blessings!
